About Odres
Odres is a HoReCa management platform designed for the Belgian market. It brings together seven modules (Finance, HR and operations, Training, Stock and supply, Quality and HACCP, Communication, Marketing) and four field apps (App Staff, OdStock, OdKiosk, Odclock), plus a Network layer for multi-site businesses. Belgian compliance (Dimona, FASFC, VAT, contracts) is built in.
Mainly restaurants, bars and brasseries. Large hotels and delivery-only businesses are not our core target.
No. Odres is not a till. It connects to your POS (for example Restomax) and consolidates your till data (closings, VAT) in the Finance space. Above all, it is a complete platform: HR, stock, HACCP, training, marketing.
Yes. A built-in assistant helps you day to day (search, activity summary, suggestions), right in the interface.
The Blank version lets you deploy Odres under your own brand. Ideal for groups and franchises that want a tool in their own image.
Modules and integrations
Seven modules: Finance, HR and operations, Training, Stock and supply, Quality and HACCP, Communication, Marketing. Each one groups several features (scheduling, time-tracking, food cost, use-by labels, notifications…). On top of that come four field apps (App Staff, OdStock, OdKiosk, Odclock) and a Network layer for multi-site businesses.

OdClock, the tablet time-clock module, is natively integrated into Odres. We go through your configuration together during a free assessment.
Belgian compliance

Yes. Permanent, fixed-term, student, flexi and self-employed contracts are built-in filters on the Employees page. They are not add-on options: they sit at the core of the product.
Yes. The VAT report in the Finance space uses the three Belgian rates as explicit columns.
Yes, through the HACCP space: daily supervision, checklists and use-by labels replace the paper binder.
Pricing and getting started
Pricing is set on quote: it depends on the modules you switch on and on your number of sites. Request a demo or a free assessment for a proposal tailored to your business.
The simplest way is to request a demo or a free assessment. Our team then supports you, from the first conversation to going live.
The interface is designed for the floor. A Training module lets you train your teams and validate what they have learned, and our team supports the onboarding.
Deployment takes a few days. Our team supports you at every step, from importing your data to training.
Security, data and hardware
Yes. Your data is processed in line with the GDPR, mainly within the European Union. You stay in control of your information. Details of the processing are in our privacy policy.
The field apps run on everyday hardware: OdStock and OdKiosk on a shared tablet, Odclock on a tablet or fixed kiosk, and App Staff on each employee’s phone. See the Hardware page for details.
